Spacious space with good location Positive: The apartment is cozy and well furnished, great amount of space and comfortable for five persons and more if you are a family. Great contact with the staff, and always answering when needed. Also helpful to solve the problems, but still the problems unfortunately are bigger than the friendliness and the understanding with the crew. Great points with the customer service anyway. Negative: There was a bedbug problem in the apartment. We noticed it ourselves on the first evening, but after contacting the rental agent, they assured us that the problem had been taken care of. However, it had not been resolved totally, and there were still bedbugs in the apartment and we got marks on our skins. The shower is a bit challenging and the water doesn't seem to drain.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung für Familienurlaub in der Stadt geeignet Positive: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und bot in der Küche auch viel Platz, insbesondere um gemeinsam essen zu können. Die Wohnung war gut beheizt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Negative: Die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche wäre zu ergänzen, ggf. mal Dinge austauschen. Es gab noch ein paar kleine Dinge, die haben wir den Vermietern direkt mitgeteilt. Die Dielen knarren natürlich, das hat die Untermieter auf den Plan gerufen, die sich dann bei uns über die Vormieter beschwert haben.
