You’re Living on a Construction Site: Beautiful Place, If You’re Not Facing It Positive: We checked in and as soon as we walked in, we were met with panoramic windows that are literally just a meter away from a large construction site. It is noisy, dirty, and impossible to ignore. On top of that, the unit itself is not fully ready. There are unfinished details, parts from air conditioning units, and clear signs that work is still ongoing inside the apartment. The bedding is in absolutely terrible condition, with stains everywhere and visibly worn out. The soap provided is of the lowest quality, similar to what you would find in a cheap public restroom. It also became clear that the host used carefully selected and edited photos that avoid showing the construction from any angle, which is very misleading. I reached out to the host, but they showed no willingness to help or resolve the situation in any way. This is especially upsetting because we came here to celebrate our anniversary, and our stay was completely ruined by this experience. Negative: The place itself is promising, very beautiful and Instagram-worthy, but only if you are not staying with a view of the construction site. I would not recommend coming here for at least the next year, as construction is still ongoing.

Would be nice but constructions can really ruin the stay. Positive: The flat is new and nice, shared space is nice and beautiful. Negative: Apartment js facing construction site so its impossible to stay in the balcony because its soo loud, noisy and dusty. Also dirty towels and jacuzzi.
